"We interviewed multiple REALTORS® before we talked to Steve. They all had the same analysis and the same arguments. How to price the home to make it sell fast based on comparison with other homes in the neighborhood. We explained all the upgrades we had in the house, and the answer was why the other homes are better than ours. It was very frustrating, to say the least. They were not listening to our needs and desires. When we met Steve, the first thing he said was how to prepare the home to sell it at the best price and even higher. He knew what we wanted and wanted to help us reach our goal, not his, unlike other REALTORS® that we met previously.
